Job Title: Field Marketer 3
Purpose of the Job:
The aim is to manage the business operations of a store / cluster area by managing the Merchandiser/s to ensure that client and business standards and objectives are met. To ensure the store / cluster operates effectively, efficiently and by maintaining a good relationship with store management by achieving operational excellence. Increase the income by increasing sales of the widest range possible of Clients’ products and reducing financial losses and managing costs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Valid SA drivers license and own vehicle
- 2 – 4 Years relevant experience
- Previous FMCG/Retail experience advantageous
- Ownership of a Smart Mobile Phone > This is a Non-negotiable requirement and a condition of employment. Ownership of a Smart Mobile Phone will allow you to make use of the company mandated communication app
Competencies:
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Numerically competent
