Job Summary

What You’ll Learn

Understand the full value chain in a voice branch/call center environment

Develop professional communication and customer service skills

Analyze and process customer information efficiently

Understand banking regulations and financial frameworks

Learn to resolve client inquiries and build positive relationships

Minimum Requirements

South African citizenship

Aged between 18–30 years

Completed undergraduate qualification

Fluent in English (read, write, speak)

Computer literate

Not permanently employed

Not enrolled in another study program

Not registered on another learnership or internship

Max of 6 months prior work experience
